It’s Urgent…But I Placed it Late in the Day.
Getting orders out and into your hands is a matter we take extremely seriously. Top of the list. First things first. Numero Uno. We do everything humanly possible to ensure that your order gets out, to you, the same day it’s placed. At the latest…the next business day. Let’s say you place your order later in the day–after 2 PM–and the package misses the pick-up. If delivery is extremely urgent, give us a call. We will try to get it over to the late-night drop-off.

Please remember, we can’t guarantee it will get out later that night. Life happens. Emergencies take place. People run late. You get the gist.

So, in the event that this happens to you, please remember to be kind and patient. We are devoted to and appreciate all of our customers. We understand how important orders can be. We love these products just as much as you do. That’s why we’re in business. We will always try, listen, and do our best.    

Attention All Locals (That means those residing in {or possibly around} the Jacksonville, FL area): Don’t forget, we deliver non-FFL orders of $200 or more to you the same day or hold any orders at the warehouse for pick up. Local orders over $200 qualify for optional, free home delivery on any non-FFL/SOT orders within the Jacksonville city limits. Contact us if you are just outside of Jacksonville and we’ll check if we can offer you this service.
